Appendix A:

1. Surveys should only be performed if:
   • a. An adult with authority on the residence is home for the full duration of the survey
   • b. All animals are put away during the time of site surveys
   • c. The site is generally safe for a surveyor to perform a site survey
     •         i. If a surveyor arrives at site survey with any of the above conditions not being met, they will be paid $40 (+travel adders)



2. Surveyors are not required to move any unreasonably large, heavy, or expensive property while performing solar site surveys. If these items are encountered ask a homeowner to move the item. If they’re unable to, include photos of the obstruction in the report.



3. Surveyors are not required to walk on any roofs.



4. If a Team Green Force’s quality control team determines that a site survey is insufficient due to missing content per the Team Green Force template. Team Green Force’s backend team will contact them to inform you of the discrepancy and help to schedule the follow-up site survey. If a follow-up site survey can’t be performed in a reasonable amount of time (~3 days) due to surveyor restrictions, you may have a $80 dollar deduction reflected in your in-app wallet.



5. Site surveys may need to be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather, as they may result in unsafe conditions for surveys to be conducted. In these instances, surveyors will take a screenshot of the Google weather forecast and send it to Team Green Forces back-end team for verification. Some conditions include but are not limited to 50% chance or more of precipitation, hurricanes, and blizzards. These circumstances will be communicated to the administrator of the contractor or sales account and individual that reserved the site survey, so the site survey rescheduled.



6. Surveys that are cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled site survey time by either the surveyor or member that reserved the site survey will be charged $40.
